Caltrain confirmed that there has been a casualty on their train tracks near Charleston Avenue at 6 p.m. Wednesday evening. According to the Transit Police’s investigation and Palo Alto Online, an adult male died at the scene.
Caltrain delays are expected, as trains are going both ways on only the northbound track. VTA is arranging for buses to transport the remaining passengers on delayed trains. They will honor all Caltrain fares.
